Medical Coding & Billing Support

I manage the full Revenue Cycle Management process for several practices and now need an extra set of expert hands that can comfortably handle both medical coding and medical billing tasks for private-clinic accounts.
You’ll work across the entire workflow—from translating clinical notes into clean, ICD-10/CPT compliant codes to submitting claims, following up on rejections or denials, and posting payments. My background already covers much of this, but I’m looking for someone who can slot in quickly, bring fresh insight from your own experience with private clinics, and keep turnaround times tight while accuracy stays at 98 % or better.
Key deliverables
• Daily coding of new encounters with audit-ready accuracy
• Timely electronic claim submission and tracking through to payment
• Denial analysis with corrective rebilling when required
• Weekly status report summarising volumes, reimbursements and outstanding A/R
