Media plan, media list, features list, bylined articles and speaking opportunities

I am in the initial stages of looking for someone to help build out a media relations plan along with speaking opportunities. I am wanting to start the conversations now to see what interest, expertise and pricing is. Pay by the hour, however an initial scope of hours would be required.

This would include developing:
- media database
- interview ideas
- media releases
- byline abstracts and to then develop the bylined articles once we have interest.
- Speaking Engagement Abstracts

Someone who already has access to a media list and a features lists would be advantageous in order to cut down the time of developing these.

I might also be interested in someone assisting with grant writing.

I would also like to know your availability and your hourly rate.

I would like to understand your expertise as well and will ask more pointed questions once I hear back from you.
