Media/PR for next week

I'm looking for a PR expert to attend in the office located in North Melbourne to pitch and manage a campaign aimed at increasing a campaign brand's visibility and awareness next week. The focus of this project is to co ordinate a photo shoot, develop materials on ppt, get press coverage in print, radio, TV online media outlets, targeting photo desk, health and research and consumer. The main goal is to spread awareness and I'm looking for someone experienced and willing to come in and pitch and place.
