Journalism Advice & PR Expertise Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As someone who has unfortunately become a victim of false arrest and subsequent blackmail with my mug shot, I need a seasoned professional in both journalism and PR. The key areas I need guidance and assistance in are conveying that this town which already is under scrutiny for having the most dui arrests and the worst conviction rate. However, by that time who cares… you might have your life ruined.
Literally overnight due to the drugs they knew I didn’t do, I lost everything I worked for my entire career. And have lost friends due to them not believing me. Luckily toxicology doesn’t lie or body cam or phone records. Cops and even more scary the toxicologist by design withheld my results. And then did something she knew was inaccurate or if didn’t know shouldn’t be in her role.
1. News Reporting - Accurate information about my situation to the public is of utmost importance.
2. Investigative Journalism - Undisclosed details need to be brought to light and publicized appropriately.
3. Feature Writing - This experience is a potential feature piece, and knowing how to craft it would add immense value.
4. Increasing Brand Visibility - Not only do I need to manage this crisis, but also use it as a stepping stone to elevate my personal brand.
5. Building Media Relationships - A strong network with media can aid in delivering the correct narrative to the public.
6. Enhancing Storytelling Skills - I need to master the narrative surrounding this event.
7. Legal Action - Up against a serious violation of my rights, I'll need guidance on suitable legal measures to take.
8. Online Reputation Management - Implementing strategies to salvage and enhance my online presence is critical.
9. Personal Consultation with a PR expert - I am in need of a PR professional to guide me throughout this journey.
Ideal freelancers should have experience with crisis management, legal guidance regarding personal right violation, journalism, and PR strategies. Skills in news reporting, investigative journalism, feature writing, and media relationship building are preferred. This project needs a tactful strategist with a strong way to get my story out I’m going to the actual news however this can be either for me to or preferably some cultivated relationship you have.
I’m already working with a crisis response agency here I want more of a detailed in depth report here that triggers the community.
The amount of lies told during and after my arrest are all documented in 10k word report. But no one will read that. Someone skilled enough to report comprehensive overview of toxicology and civil right while somehow making the public understand all of the unanticipated damage to one’s mental and financial health it has. The story already I’ve watched sober dui arrests, and haven’t seen one where they with held results until forced to release showing they keep the charges while knowing I was innocent. I hate to say make an engaging, novel-like narrative but I want this never to happen to anyone again. And this town it happened in, lots and lots of false dui arrests. I am lucky with the means and a federal prosecutor brother to know to go and get tested by a lab immediately after they did, also hire an MRO…. But the whole-of-community to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from this, I don’t think people understand false arrests can be the cops killing you not by gun but by smearing your name so bad you want to give up. Here actually I blame forensics more, but we will chat. Please apply if this is you!
