We are developing a project and need a freelancer to work with the first phase of the project. Please find attached the Linear Motor (Ironless) & Panasonic A6 driver details attached.

First Phase:
We are developing a project and needs to control Linear motors (230 V AC) with drivers.



1) Linear motor A- will have 2 moving coils moving in opposite direction.
2) Linear Motor B – Will have one coil
3) Liner Motor C – Will have one coil

We have a touch screen HMI

When HMI is switched ON it will have the following buttons:

1) ON/OFF
2) Align Linear Motor A
3) Set End point for Linear Motor A
4) Start Align Liner Motor B
5) End Start Align Liner Motor B
6) Start Align Linear Motor C
7) End Align Linear Motor C
8) Set Start point for Linear Motor B
9) Set Start point for Linear Motor C
10) Set Start position of Servo Motor D
11) Set End position of Servo Motor D
12) START


• ON/OFF Will start the machine

• Align Linear Motor A – Clicking on this button will move the Jaws (Coils) closer to each other slowly till it touches each other. When no moment is detected, the screen will show a message to assign the position of the Jaws as Point of Contact and the position will be registered as Point of Contact. Once its registered both coils will move to the other end of the linear slide.

• Set End point for Linear Motor A – The value entered will increase the distance of the jaws from touching each other.

• Start Align Linear Motor B – Coil will move to right side of the slide and once the movement is stopped then the screen will show a message to register the position. When clicked on Register the Position, the jaws will rotate back by 3mm and that position will be registered as the final position of the Start Point.

• End Align Linear Motor B – Coil will move to left side of the slide and once the movement is stopped then the screen will show a message to register the position. When clicked on Register the Position, the jaws will rotate back by 1 mm and that position will be registered as the final position of the End Point.

• Start Align Linear Motor C – Coil will move to right side of the slide and once the movement is stopped then the screen will show a message to register the position. When clicked on Register the Position, the jaws will rotate back by 3mm and that position will be registered as the final position of the Start Point.

• End Align Linear Motor C – Coil will move to left side of the slide and once the movement is stopped then the screen will show a message to register the position. When clicked on Register the Position, the jaws will rotate back by 1 mm and that position will be registered as the final position of the End Point.

• Set Start point for Linear Motor B– The total stroke length of the Linear Motor will be 200mm. So There will be a option to select the stroke length we can set for the linear motor. It can be selected between 0 to 200. Entering 200 will make the linear motor moving 200mm. The value can be entered in a Type Box.

• Set Start point for Linear Motor C – The total stroke length of the Linear Motor will be 200mm. So There will be a option to select the stroke length we can set for the linear motor. It can be selected between 0 to 200. Entering 200 will make the linear motor moving 200mm. The value can be entered in a Type Box.

• Set Start position of Servo Motor D – Servo Motor will rotate Right at slow speed still no movement is detected. The position will be registered and the Servo will rotate back by 2mm and will register as the START position.

• Set End position of Servo Motor D – Servo Motor will rotate Left at slow speed still no movement is detected. The position will be registered and the Servo will rotate back by 2mm and will register as the END position.

Start will START the motors in the assigned time. (This details will be given later)
