Mechatronics Product Designer

I have created a concept design in Inventor. Looking for experienced mechatronics designer to take over and finish so that I can move onto prototyping.

My design is medium sized, low voltage, handheld device, about a foot long, 6 inches tall and wide, that consists of:
- water and air that feed into rotating cylinders
- easy mechanical quick-release type of removal for certain pieces
- small circuit board, 2 in 4 out
- 2 position switch and a button
- water flow control valve
- external battery
- rotating fan
