Please outline, in a detailed project proposal, how you would:

• Sense real-time motor speed (encoder, tachogenerator, or another reliable feedback device).
• Close the loop through the existing VFD/PLC or recommend a replacement architecture if required.
• Handle calibration, fault detection, and re-synchronization after an emergency stop.
• Supply wiring diagrams, parameter tables, and the logic code (Siemens, Schneider, or any platform you propose).
• Guide onsite commissioning and final acceptance tests.
