Custom Automated Crepe Machine — Full Build (Design + Electronics + Assembly + Shipping)
I need a mechatronics engineer to design, build, and ship a fully working automated crepe-making machine.
The machine sits above my existing commercial electric crepe griddle (Krampouz, 2 × 400mm plates) and automates the full process:
• Batter dispensing via peristaltic pump + nozzle
• Motorized T-spreader arm (stepper motor, spiral motion)
• Cook monitoring (IR temperature sensor + timer)
• Chocolate/topping dispensing (3 heated pumps + 1 dry topping dispenser)
• Auto folding into triangle (spatula + folding arms)
• Inserting into paper cone sleeve packaging
Tech stack: Arduino Mega, stepper motors, servos, peristaltic pumps, 3D-printed structural parts (ABS), stainless steel food-contact surfaces, 2020 aluminum frame.
I have a detailed PDF project brief with full specs for all 8 modules, photos of the griddle, and photos of the packaging. Will share with shortlisted candidates.
What I need from you:
• Full scope: mechanical design (CAD), 3D printing, electronics, Arduino firmware, physical assembly, testing
• Ship a fully assembled, tested, working machine to Israel
• Milestone-based payments
