I would like to hire an expert that can create a yacht from start to finish, my budget is $300 per month paying at an hourly rate. so just a few hours per month. hourly rate $15 to $20 an hour

I would like to hire the equipment needed eg, cnc machine for mold making for fiberglass.

the yatch i would like to make is 30m long.
