Hi, we have created a fully automated sintering machine that can be left unattended to sinter powder and deliver the final product in a container. By using dc impulse current with low electrode pressure on the powder. runs at 20 second cycles per gram.powder can be sintered from 400v capacitor bank with control of time in milliseconds. using glass tubes as your chamber.
Powder is put into a hopper and glass tubes in another, after the process of impulses are completed the finished powder is delivered in a container, and the used tubes in a tray. the machine can hold a 1/2 a kilo of powder and 25 (12 mm ID)tubes can hold up to a gram.
so at .5g/1g per every 30 second shot it would deliver 60 shots per hr or 60g/120g per hr unattended.
we would like to qualify it for researchers.
Thats why we need a sintering specialist to colaberate with us as we are that can advice us on the best use of this machine. and what powder it could be easily used for, it does not have a vacuum or inert gas. and also what price they would recommend for such equipment.
you can control the impulse voltage and time per pulse with delay and more impulses if required.
the size of machine 3 ft wide by 2 ft deep by 3.5 ft high. at 120 v with compressor to evacuate chamber for any extraneous gasses.
Must have experience in sintering of powder. Picture of machine will be provided to selected candidates.
