I am the founder of a Start-up Corporation with multiple related technologies (with multiple pending patents) that are assigned to the said start-up Corporation. I am looking to have our showcase product engineered for essentially the beta prototyping phase; this will enable the readiness we need for the professional investor community before the planned production phase.
