I need a physicist

I have a concept for a new device that converts certain natural energies into useful mechanical torque at an industrial scale, believed to have the potential of becoming a new source for green energy. I wish to hire a credentialed physicist to review the concept to simply confirm the correct use and understanding of the basic, mechanical principles of physics that are utilized by the device. I believe this work will only take a couple of hours.
