I need a mechanical stamped plans commerical

I am looking for a professional to help me with a mechanical stamped plans commerical project. Specifically, I need all hvac plumbing and electrical plans for a commercial property. I have an existing blueprint that needs to be modified or upgraded for a large size property (more than 5,000 square feet). I am looking for someone who has extensive experience with creating mechanical plans for large commercial properties. This individual should be knowledgeable in all related regulations and codes and should be extremely detail-oriented. The successful candidate must have a proven expertise in mechanical plans and must be able to create plans that are accurate, comprehensive and feasible. I need this project to be completed in a timely manner and I am awaiting an estimate from the professional who will be working on this project.
