I need a mechanical engineer to choose the right materials and do the math on an invention.

I have been working on a project dealing with a force so far known as pseudo or even fictitious, centrifugal force. I basically need an engineer who knows the materials and mathematics for building a motor. I have so far named my invention as the centrifugal chain. The construction is hard to explain, please see pictures, but it's a long chain with weight on the side than when spun retracts to a percentage of it's length, please see videos for example. I need to know what materials to use for the lightest weight for the chain, the weights will be heavier material, as well as how much energy will be required to spin it and of course the added energy needed after friction on the bearings with a heavy load.
