I need a mechanical engineer

I'm starting a pedal pub company and I would like to get a 14 passenger custom bike built, with built in LED lights, and a sound system. There are 6 bicycle seats on each side, but only 10 of those seats have pedals. There is a 2 person bench in the back and driver seat in the front. The bike does not have an engine. Mobility is primarily controlled by the pedalers. The driver controls the steering, stopping, turning and has battery powered assistance capabilities using 2 foot pedals.
