I need a heating engineer

I have a 5 storey home in Kazakhstan that is approximately 575m2. Currently I have 3 gas boilers piped in parrellel that pump hot water around the radiators on a single line (supply & return) basis. The 5 floors are split into 5 separate "loops" and 2 of the floors include underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the entrance lobby & kitchen.
Hot water is derrived from a plate heat exchanger heated via one of the gas boilers ...........
