I need a biomedical engineer specialized in mechanical surgical instrument designs

I designed a mountable surgical self-retracting system for certain surgical procedures. The concept is similar to the Bookwalter retracting system with different mechanics. I need a biomedical engineer to execute the 3D designs with all the mechanical appropriate features, materials and all other specs, ready for prototype manufacturing so we can try the system, make adjustments if necessary, and move to production of the product.
