3D modeling of room sized firewood processor

Hi freelancer all around the world,
I need Expert in mechanical design and 3D modeling to build room size model in Solidworks from 3D laser scanned file made by Faro S70 laser scanner(point clouds). The enclosed isometric model also shows various conveyor belts that are not the subject of the offer. So only main body machine in center of isometric drawing with feeder from right side. To get an idea of measure, attached you can find pics on site when machine is installed. Also, the accuracy of 3d scan will be provided to check the possibilities. Hydraulic and moving components must be simulated movements, as well as the path crossed by trees and stumps. Only their approximate size, location and trajectories.
Note for all bidders: This is a small to medium, but serious project and requires a lot of experience and knowledge in designing od weldment profiles, sheet metal plate and turned/milled parts. The 3D point cloud will provide a lot of information (90%), but not all, so it remains to solve several technical problems using the pictures taken on site, technical knowledge, technical literature, part producer web site and common sense. We have no time limit, but would love to make 3d models of dxf laser cutting designs (where needed) within 2 ½ -3 months. For all other question, please ask. The task is divided in 2 logic phase, first phase is modeling a feeder, the second is modeling the machine with wood pusher, saw blade, splitter, support, stairs and all accessories. Making of drawing with cutting list, tolerances, weldment list, dxf drawing of assembly, subassembly and every single part is mandatory. The progress in modeling have to be presented 2-3 time s weekly or by request, daily. The project will begin in the middle of the fourth quarter of this year. So you have time to study the material and get acquainted with the task. Selected freelancers will have to show Solidworks skills on the set task in real time via team viewer. If I estimate that after the completion of the first, simpler phase of the project-feeder, it makes no sense to continue working, due to lack of technical knowledge or making children's mistakes in design, the freelancer will be paid € 100 and thank you for your cooperation.
Solidworks knowledge with certificates is mandatory. Being a mechanical engineer is also mandatory. Knowing how to handle the Point cloud data is also mandatory.(Faro Scene, Geomagic Design etc.)

-If You are “specialist” of hundreds of various skills from architectural to space engineering,
- with meaningless promises, that the project will be finished in 5 days or similar,
-If You not familiar with the nominated experience ,
-If You don’t understand the meaning of mechanical design, where everything have to be parallel, orthogonal, depending one to each other, with bearing, holes, bolts, chain etc,.
-If You are busy with another 5 work in progress,
-If You are not 100% dedicated to task,
-If you do not know how to behave appropriately with intellectual property,
-If you do not know how to use ISO / DIN standards (No imperial standard, ANSI, GOST etc.).
-if You are not read three times the statement above

I provide all data You need, and after You finish the 3d modelling in phase, and 2d drafting, remains only to check the data, correct the faulty things, make the necessary changes, improving here and there if necessary, and send the data to the production company. Nothing more and no less either.
