I have a honder outboard 15hp that seems to be dragging its weight and not gaining the revs like it used to and am currently moord at the Northampton arm.

I am looking for sombody that knows a little bit about outboard engines as mine seems a bit sluggish and wouldn't mind somones opinion on it.
I am currently at lock 13 of the Northern Arm.
