Co-founders required to develop an Automobile Technology

I’m start an Automobile Company, I’m looking for team members with whom I can discuss the problem I’m looking to solve and build a prototype. I can only do the mechanical part for the problem that needs to be solved and I need experts to take complete responsibility of their own disciplines. I need Engineers from Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics engineering, communication engineering and mechanical and Automobile Engineering.
