faster the process of jewelery making

I am a jewelery manufacturer and i need an idea to make one of the process faster. idea can be anything. i have attached pictures for your reference here.
5mm silver caps with hole in center need to be wired alternately. currently we are manually doing this process. if you guys have any idea to process it faster please suggest.
Any idea that contains electrical/mechanical prototype is also accepted.
