discontinued part

I am looking for a discontinued home appliance part and need assistance figuring out the exact details. This is a time-sensitive project and I need to find the part as soon as possible.
I need a part called a blade, an example can be seen in pic 5. it connects the louvers so the louvers are synchronized (basically point in the same direction). The blade shown in pic 5 is actually the horizontal blade that belongs in pic 4 and gives an basic idea what the finished part will look like.
pic 6 gives some scale for reference of pivot point connection.
Pic 2 gives some scale for the spacing between the required 6 pivot points.
In general this project has some design tolerance in the dimensions, this is not an aerospace project it is simply a home improvement project.
