design of a one-speed helical gear transmission for the specified application. The gearbox shall realize a reduction drive between an electric motor and the driven machine. It must have a cast iron housing and horizontal arrangement, with both
shafts positioned at the same height. In- and output shafts shall be parallel and located on opposite sides. Connecting to
clutches shall be realized by key joints. Housing must have features for attachment to the ground, positioning of top and
bottom part, top part removal (e.g. eyebolt), lubricant level check, drainage and refill. It’s gonna be used for centrifugal pump sources from diesel engine Input power: P1max = 11 [kW]
