1) A chain skipping on the sprocket due to inappropriate sprocket design
2) The common materials used have limitation to withstand the loads, stress and fatigue condition of sprockets.
3) The motorcycle sprockets teeth wear out quite quickly and need a replacement.
OBJECTIVE: (Using Abaqus Simulia and Fe-safe)
1) To analysis the static parameters such as stress, strain and fatigue of sprocket motorcycle at different materials using Fenite Element Method (FEM)
2) To predict the life cycles of the sprocket design.
