360 degree control or rotation control

We recruit an expert to build 360 degree axis control. We have a sequence of axis. We need to control their rotation, each axis is 2mm to 4 mm diameter and 2,5 cm length. The expert must to build the complete system to hold each axis (distance each other 2,5 to 3 cm), and control their rotation. And give complete solution to assemble the system, i.e., supplier for the pieces or machining.
