cylender and piston head Gap design

I am looking for a freelance mechanical engineer to help me design the gap between the cylinder and piston head, as well as a suitable seal to prevent water drops for my project. The goal is to improve speed without water leakage or friction.

Requirements:

Design the cylinder and piston head gap based on specific measurements provided.
Design a suitable seal to allow for faster movement without water leakage or friction.
The cylinder and piston head can be made of either steel or aluminum.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

Experience in mechanical engineering and design
Knowledge of engine efficiency and power output
Ability to work with specific measurements and requirements
Familiarity with materials such as steel and aluminum
Experience in gravity, friction, and physics
experience in practical design in hydrualic systems
