2d cut length optimiser for steel bars
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
In need a 2d cut lenght oprimiser for steel bars. It can be done in Excell or any other program you want.
Now I do these optimsation by hand in autocad (as you can see in the attached files)
It needs to have a module where all the dimensions of the bars are entered, (length, height, cutting angle, number of pieces).
The visible result has to look loke this:
It has to have a row where all the necesary cuts are drawn. The height of the bar has to be adjustable. In case the bar has edges that are cutted in angles, the angle has to be automaticly calculated. The cutting dimensions have to be visible.
There also has to be another row where all the existing stock material is drawn, with the best version of cutting included . In order to have minimum waste, we must use joints in the finished bars. (we use joints only when we cant avoid them). We also need to have an option to make the optimisation without using joints. The size o the joint have to be adjustable. All the resulted cutted bars need to be named according to the project.
