base 16 mechanical calculator (Odhner/Curta)

I'm looking for someone to help me develop a 12 digit, base-16 mechanical calculator, something like a odhner pinwheel calculator, or a curta. I need it to include 3 registers: a base-16 8 digit input register, a base-16 12 digit output register, a base-16 8 digit counter register, supporting addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division functions, also supporting left and right shifting, and register clearing. I'm looking for a design that encompasses both physical and digital prototypes, and I want the calculator to be desk-sized, no larger than 8-1/2" x 11" by 6”, working by means of a right-handed turning crank.
