Wheel Centre

design a new wheel centre for the teams three piece 10" diameter wheel rims. The team use the same size wheels both front and rear, they are 7" wide with a 4.5" wide inner shell and a 2.5" outer shell made from spun aluminium as shown in Figure 1. The tyres fitted have an outside diameter of 18". They are fastened together with a wheel centre using M6 bolts with washers and nyloc nuts.
