I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a versatile prototype stand that can securely hold a specific item. The stand must extend from 1 to 3 feet, with a base that can be interchanged for indoor use with a tripod or outdoor use with a lawn spike. The top/holder should rotate horizontally, vertically, and allow the item to rotate freely, with all parts locking into desired positions using a screw lock mechanism. Additionally, the top/holder should securely accommodate an item up to 6 inches wide and be removable to attach a smaller tabletop base.
