Uplifting an iron frame from ground to 90 degrees

I prepared a structure which is like 3 feet by 6 feet iron frame on one base. I am able to manually lift that from ground to 90 degress (like upwards) and I was able to do it with PULLY.

I want to use GEAR mechanism or any DC Motor option to lift to 90 degrees.

I did that but having small issue
