I have a Kobol Cubic Evaporato4 CR-25 to keep my wine cellar cool. It has worked well (keeping temp at 15.5 degree Celsius). However all of a sudden it stopped working. The fan works but there must be an issue with the refrigerant as temperature is at 26 and even if I set it at 15 it doesn’t go down. How do I get a hold of a technician? I found this machine in the house when I bought it from prior owner.
