Treated Sewage Effluent Pumping station

We are looking for a preliminary design, which includes Design & BOQ for a pumping station.
Its a TSE pumping station with pumps, piping, flow control valve, PRV, ARV.
Piping will be 7 km with flow of 500 CMH, then same line will be reduced and extended to another 9km x 2 lines on both the side of the road with flow of 50 CMH on each line. There will be 22 distribution chamber. A line pressure of 4 bar-g should be maintained in the pipe line.
