Thermal Engineer for Cold Shower Attachment Piece

I'm working on a class project and I need to develop a shower head attachment that goes in between the shower arm and the shower head which allows the user to have the benefits of cold water therapy in the shower.

The attachment that goes in between the shower arm and shower head will be filled with water and placed in the freezer overnight. Once the user wants to take a cold shower, he/she would take the attachment piece out of the freezer and connect it in between the shower arm and shower head, turn on the water and the water would run through the SHOWER ARM and through the ATTACHMENT and then through the SHOWER HEAD and then onto the user.

I need the help of a thermal engineer to develop the internal structure of the attachment piece so that when the user fills it up with water and places it in the freezer, the water would freeze to an optimal geometry that maximizes the cold water that goes onto the user. I've asked Chatgpt about this and it suggested a helix type internal structure but I want to consult with a thermal engineer to guarantee that the attachment piece can operate the way its intended to.

Here are the requirements that the attachment piece must follow:

1. The attachment piece must not weigh more than 10lbs when filled with water and is frozen.

2. The attachment piece must cool 80 degree water to 40 degrees for 3-5 minutes, preferably 5 minutes though

3. The attachment piece must be no larger than 12 inches x 12 inches, the smaller the better

4. This attachment piece cannot use electricity. It must cool the 80 degree oncoming water from the optimal internal structure of frozen ice inside the attachment piece

5. This entire attachment piece should ideally be 3d printed but there may be some flexibility on the material usage.
