Testing fixtures

I am looking to hire a freelancer to design and manufacture mechanical testing fixtures for automotive components testing applications. This will require a complete design, some times modifications or manufacture of existing designs. The design job includes component holding fixture, vibration fixture and simulation fixtures .The deliverable for this project is a functional set of testing fixtures
