Syringe pump

Hi, I want to build a dual syringe pump, where I can use syringes from 1-60ml. The current syringe pumps on the market are too slow. It would be ideal if the flow rates could reach 400ml/min for as small a syringe as possible (if this is only possible with a 10ml syringe this is acceptable). I would like the syringes to be individually controlled (i.e. a 3ml syringe going at 20ml/min and a 10ml syringe going at 100ml/min). Rather than the plungers being secured to the 'pusher', I would like it to be able to back away from the syringe, to enable acceleration to the required flow rate before it hits the plungers. A sensor will be needed so that both syringe plungers are hit at the same time, and finish emptying the syringes at the same time. This will be possible by inputting total volume and flow rate ratio. The unit should be as small as possible, and bonus if the design looks great and user friendly. Please let me know if you would like to discuss further.
