I'm seeking a professional who can generate drawings from my existing 3D models of Aluminium HE30 Enclosures and conduct a series of analyses using ANSYS software.
The project involves:
- Generating detailed drawings from the provided 3D models of the following enclosure sizes: 250X130X180mm and 150x150x250mm (x2).
- Conducting stress analysis, specifically static stress analysis.
- Performing structural analysis, including modal and random vibration assessments.
- Carrying out thermal analysis.
- Carry out impact analysis to study the effects of sudden loads or collisions on the enclosure.
- Perform fatigue analysis to assess the lifecycle of the aluminium enclosures under repetitive load conditions.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in ANSYS and experience in conducting similar analyses.
- Ability to generate precise technical drawings from 3D models.
- Strong understanding of the properties of Aluminium HE30.
