I'm seeking an expert to help with a project involving the simulation of stress changes in solar cells using ANSYS. The project involves multiple stages and requires technical expertise in materials simulation and viscoelastic behavior.

Key Tasks:
- Use linear elastic materials to study shear stress and crack changes.
- Build a simple viscoelastic test model to simulate stress relaxation.
- Apply the viscoelastic model to a full solar cell setup to simulate the effects of load duration and rate on stress and relaxation.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Record an explanatory video demonstrating model setup, simulation steps, and key results.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in ANSYS.
