Steel Luggage Bracket Design

I'm looking for a skilled fabricator to create a robust motorcycle luggage bracket. The bracket should be designed specifically to hold hard case luggage and must be constructed from durable steel.

Key Requirements:
- Design and fabrication of a steel luggage bracket
- Must securely hold hard case luggage
- Suitable for use on motorcycles
- Modeling in 3D for bends
- modeled flat for laser cutting
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with metal fabrication, specifically steel
- Knowledge of motorcycle accessories and mounting systems
- Ability to create durable and safe designs

Project is a mounting system for small fuel cans for touring motorcycles. It consists of a flat bar section with two round 4” pucks on each end. With 4 oblong bolt holes. Center bar will have drill holes based off center line. The bar will have 2 to 3 bends with pucks ending vertical. Desire a file suitable for laser cutting out of 3/16 thick material (stainless or carbon steel) as well as 3d file suitable for sending to manufacture for bending. Item should be tolerance for power coating or chrome plating
