Static & Dynamic analysis of assembly
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need both static and dynamic analysis of a mechanical assembly rotating at various RPM's.
the mechanism is made in POM plastic and I need you to balance the part by removing material from it's top surface so that the part is in "perfect" balance.
Requirements include:
- Static and dynamic analysis of STEP file assembly (also provided as Inventor 2016 files)
- Simulation of part balancing with specified speeds
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in handling STEP files
- Experience with both static and dynamic analysis
- Strong background in kinematics and dynamics
- Familiarity with simulation tools for dynamic behavior
Please provide detailed reports on your findings.
The mechanism / part has features on it's backside which must not be compromised when removing material for the balancing on its top side.
