PE Stamp & MEP Sign-off
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a complete set of architectural and MEP drawings for a new Physical Therapy / GYM facility in West Columbia, Texas and I need them professionally sealed by a Texas-licensed PE. Before stamping, the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing sheets must be reviewed, corrected where necessary, and brought fully in line with local code so I can submit for a building permit without delay.
Scope
• Mechanical – confirm HVAC load calcs, equipment schedules, duct / diffuser sizing, and ventilation rates.
• Electrical – verify panel schedules, circuiting, conduit sizing, and egress / exterior lighting per NEC and local amendments.
• Plumbing – check potable, waste, and vent sizing, fixture counts, and water heater specification for IPC/Texas compliance.
All redlines should be incorporated into the files; I’ll provide the CAD and PDF originals immediately. When the review is complete, I need digitally signed and sealed PDFs suitable for electronic permit upload, plus readiness for one hard-copy wet seal if the city requests it.
Timeline is tight—I’d like the stamped set back within a few days of award so we can stay on schedule with our opening date. Please confirm your Texas PE license number in your reply and let me know you can begin as soon as I transfer the files.
