Solar power/rainwater collection device

I am not an engineer but I have designed a machine that I hope will capture solar power and rainwater that resembles a sunflower. The goal of the device is to support a small garden all by itself using solar power and rainwater. If given access to enough sunlight, this invention should not need intervention by humans and should facilitate plant growth around it. There should also be some sort of port to the battery so people can siphon off power for their own uses. Solar trackers force the flower's face to follow the sunlight as the day goes on and rainwater sensors force the flower to look directly into the sky to capture as much rainwater as possible. I've attached plans and diagrams to better illustrate the idea.
