Soil Stabilization For Large Excavation Project

I'm seeking a skilled construction engineer with a specialty in soil stabilization. My project has encountered a collapse issue due to the presence of thick layers of limestone rock, hard to very hard. The excavation area is large and quite deep, reaching up to 24 meters.

Requirements:
