Small tightening circles with a hollow

I'm currently in search of an individual who can assist in the development and manufacture of small circles with hollow centers, with the intention being to integrate a small segment of hair into each hollow center. These centers should have a mechanism or design aspect that allows them to grip or 'tighten' by a controller like technology around the hair, preventing it from slipping or falling out. A controller should be implemented to execute this tightening. Should be very small
