Small-Scale Paper Plate Production Setup

I'm seeking an experienced automation engineer to design a paper plate production machine. This machine should be capable of:
- Producing up to 500 plates per hour.
- Creating plates that are up to 6 inches in size.
- Working primarily with paper as raw material.
Referencing an existing video, the detailed design and specifications for the machine are to be developed. Therefore, the ability to understand and interpret video materials is also crucial. This project demands an understanding of industrial design, machinery, and automation systems. A background in paper products manufacturing will be highly advantageous.
