Small City GPON Network Design

I'm looking for a talented network designer to create a detailed plan for a GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Networks) network. This network will serve a small city of less than 5,000 people and cater to a mix of residential and commercial buildings.
Your job will be:
- Designing the network considering that distribution hubs will be at street level;
- Providing a comprehensive bill of material;
- Presenting technical detail for every piece and stage of the project.
Ideal Skills:
