Conducted structural design evaluation for access shredder machine components.
Reviewed all project scope and budget documents for submission to management.
Followed through on commitments to produce timely status reports on machine design progress. Performed a wide range of tasks: frame design, current design issues, quality assurance, and shredder machine systems installation. Utilized SOLID WORKS for all 3D modeling.
Designed and developed all components of the shredder machines utilizing knowledge previous design and errors, resulting in reduction of warranty cost and shorter time from concept to the production unit.
Compiled necessary information to document the design solution required for building the shredder machine. Fostered continuous improvement of all operational and business practices.
