Budget: $100 – $200 USD
I am looking for a skilled sheet metal forming expert who can explain and train me on the manufacturing processes I will need to build the sheet metal prototype design I have.
I don't need you to draw my design.
Please send me examples of your best sheet metal forming projects and fabrication processes.
The design will also include sheet metal gears and some rotating parts made from sheet metal.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Sheet metal prototype: The desired end product is a sheet metal prototype.
- Dimensions and tolerances: I have a rough idea of the dimensions and tolerances for the prototype, but I need assistance finalizing them.
- Preferred material: The preferred material for the sheet metal prototype is stainless steel.
Skills and experience required for this project:
- Sheet metal design: The candidate should have a strong background in sheet metal design and be able to translate design specifications into functional prototypes.
- Manufacturing expertise: The candidate should be knowledgeable about the manufacturing process for sheet metal forming prototypes and be able to provide the information on manufacturing processes needed.
The sheet metal product that I need designed needs to be easy to manufacture and streamlined processes to reduce waste of materials and time.
I would like daily screen shot progress updates and files that I can check the quality of the designs , so I can add any direction input if needed.
You must sign my MNDA before I can share any samples of exactly what I need made.
I will own the copyright to all the images, 3D graphics, drawings, files, programs, source code, coding, animations, text, lists, menu's, files, rendered files, native files, and source files.
I will own the copyrights to the native files, source files, drawings, rendered files, source code, 3D Graphics, and completed files.
You will send me all the full drawings, native files, original works, and completed rendered works, and source files when completed.
I will release the full milestone when the work is completed, tested, and accepted by me.
I do not pay any milestones until the work is completed, all files delivered, tested, and accepted by me.
If your work is High Quality and exactly what I need I would be interested in considering you for Future projects.
I don't communicate on Sundays.
