Search for a set of construction drawings for an Australian residence
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Search for a set of construction drawings for an Australian residence ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 square meters for study purposes. and now need the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing portion completed. what’s missing is a coordinated MEP set that satisfies Australian Standards and is submission-ready.
Deliverables I expect:
• Mechanical plans – HVAC layouts, duct and equipment sizing, schedules and any relevant details
• Electrical plans – lighting and power layouts, circuiting, single-line diagram, board schedules and legends
• Plumbing plans – hot- and cold-water supply, sanitary and stormwater layouts, pipe sizing, fixture schedules and any critical sections/details
Please produce the drawings in both PDF and editable DWG (or Revit) format so my consultant team can integrate them seamlessly. Accuracy, clear annotations and consistency with local code requirements are essential
