Rover Wheel Assembly Design

I'm in need of a design professional to create a pivoting wheel assembly for my rover. The rover is intended for mixed terrain, so the wheel assembly must be robust and versatile.
Key requirements:
- Design a wheel assembly with dimensions of 16 inches in diameter and 4 inches in length.
- Use aluminum as the preferred material for the wheel assembly.
- Implement a motorized pivot mechanism in the design.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Strong background in mechanical design, particularly in designing for mixed terrain.
- Proficiency in using aluminum for durable yet lightweight designs.
- Experience with motorized pivot mechanisms.
- Creative problem-solver capable of designing for complex environments.
The system has two motors one for movement and one as a servo, also need to auto center the wheel after a turn is done
